Screen Printing
Screen Printing, also known as silk screen, is the popular method of t-shirt printing. It is known for its superior printing results that are long-lasting and the colors won't fade. The process uses stencil like templates called screens to produce replicas of the initial design, and every printing color requires a screen set-up. Hence, we have also mastered various specialty printing like glitter printing, gold/silver metalic printing, puff print and even glow in the dark.

Direct To Film (DTF)
Direct to Film is one of the best printing methods to transfer your full-coloured design with gradients, effects and shading on a t-shirt. Unlike screen print, this procedure makes it cheaper for you to print in lower quantities but with a soft feel to the touch and it will look bright and vibrant on white garments as well as colours and darks.

Direct To Garment (DTG)
It is what it it sounds like. The absolute best way to get your full colored design printed directly onto the t-shirt. Your image is read by the software while your shirt is loaded onto the movable platform. Then your design is actually inkjet printed in full detail onto the garment. Once done, the shirt is heatpressed to cure the ink and seal in the vibrancy of the color for that complete immaculate look. However, the process to print one shirt in very long and if rushed, there is a high margin of error. Hence the cost of direct to garment is almost twice the cost of conventional vinly or photo transfer. So the design you want gotta rock for it's production value.

Vinyl Transfers
Vinyl Transfers is known for its superior results that are long-lasting and the colors won't fade. The smooth surface and a touch of shine to the print differentiates Vinyl Transfers from Screen Printing. Vinyl Transfers are also slightly raised and it feels soft. A plus point for Vinyl Transfers is that it does not have high set-up costs and printing is not constrain to only duplicates, unlike Screen Printing.

Embroidery
When it comes to embroidery, the printing cost varies to the size of the design as the cost is charged according to the number of stitches. Your design must be submitted in the exact size you wish for it to be on the garment. Then the design goes through a process when a program count how many stitches it would take to cover the design and in what direction each of the stitches would go in. This process is call DIGITIZING and must be done with ALL artwork you want embroidered. The garment and the exact area where the embroidery is going to applied is set up in an embroidery machine, and the machine reads the stitch count from the digitized design, and start stitching in whatever color thread your desire. In addition to all the various embroidery methods that we provide, embroidery also allows for individual customization. Hence, individual name embroidery is possible.

At FCT we believe in the power of promotion! Banners are a great way to promote your business or event for long or short term periods at a great price. Our 15oz Vinyl or PVC Outdoor/Indoor Banners are a Large Format Print w/Eco-Solvent Inks, UV resistant in direct sunlight for up to (3) years. Take advantage of our Full Colour state of the art equipment that provide stunning photographic quality images!
Grommets or Eyelets are included and used for installation. Special finishing is available upon request.
Banner Backdrop
We are proud to offer a high quality Backdrop Banner for your next event! Our state of the art Large Format Digital print department will provide you with a huge beautiful Backdrop and also a Backdrop Stand w-Carrying Case designed to support Large Format Printed Banner/Step & Repeat Graphics. The kit comprises of: 1 x 3 Section Telescopic Pole, 2 x Baby Stand, 2 x Mini Spring Clamp and Transport Kit Bag.
Color Vinyl Stickers
One of our specialites is Large Format Printing which also include Full Colour Eco-Solvent Ink stickers that are printed on Adhesive Vinyl. Decals/Stickers are profile cut to the shape that your job calls for. They are easy to apply to almost any smooth non-organic surfaces at virually any size and is also easy to remove with very little or no sticky residue left over. They make real great inexpensive promotional items that will get attention.
Perforated Window Prints
Perforated Window Film are done with Adhesive Vinyl that is printed with Full Colour Eco-Solvent Inks. Installed in up to 48” panels, it allows unrestricted size parameters. You have the choice of how much visibility is seen from 40/60 to 70/30 visibility. They help block out sunlight and harmful UV rays for rooms with large windows which also reduces the indoor temperature on hot days. Our OptiClear lamination provides great durability from rain and direct sunlight.
Vehicle Graphics / Wraps
Vehicle graphics and wraps are done with Adhesive Vinyl that is printed with Full Colour Eco-Solvent Inks. Installed in 48” panels, it allows unrestricted size parameters. The Roland Digital Group allowing us to have incredible colour accuracy, extreme precision and durability from extreme weather elements.
